Supportbee Makes Platform Flexible with API
We last reported on Supportbee in June, a company that offers a support desk platform to small and medium-sized businesses. According to Jon Russell at The Next Web, its reporting platform now comes with an API to allow developers to manipulate it in a variety of ways:
"Beyond offering a standard overview of customer service activity and performance. SupportBee’s reports are widely customizable and such advantage allows customers to be very precise and creative with the types of data that they monitor.
“While you can already sort through the console to find information, you can use the API to see graphs, charts and data based on labels — such as country, agent, department or any other tags that customers want to use.”
In other words, there’s plenty of scope to create customized reports based on very specific parameters and requirements."
As a start up, Supportbee may be breaking new records for efficiency as a four person outfit without external financing, promoting its service mostly by word of mouth. With revenues growing at 30-40% per month (based on charging clients on ticket volume), Supportbee looks to have hit on a winning formula.
