AuctionSound was an application developed for and by eBay Drop-Off stores to manage daily operations. For the most part, it is an eBay consignment platform that automates many of the time consuming tasks associated with preparing a lot of auctions for a lot of different people. The project was spearheaded by Matt Naso and Josh Sherman in 2004 for a Tampa based eBay drop off franchise. As the software evolved into a more refined auction management system, it was unleashed to the public as AuctionSound at eBay live 2005. Since then AuctionSound has grown to become an industry standard tool that is espoused by several of the top eBay drop off franchises. | |
