The SciVerse Application Platform has two major components:

1. SciVerse SDK is an implementation of the Open Social standard, as the core of our Application Framework. Download the SDK to start building applications:

2. SciVerse Framework and Content APIs – Framework APIs render the application within the browser and provide contextual information to the application including the user’s query, preferences and the page he is viewing. Elsevier has also developed Content APIs for accessing the content currently available within the SciVerse Product Suite.
