AT&T In-App Messaging API
The Webhooks Notification API has two distinct sets of resources for receiving push notifications: 1) A notification channel - Developers can create a notification channel using the Create Notification Channel method and the NOTIFICATIONCHANNEL scope value. Only one channel can be created per app. 2) A notification subscription - Developers can create a subscription resource with the consent from each subscriber. For the In-App Messaging API the scope value is MIM.
