Boxcar is an application that allows users to get messages and updates from all of their favorite services, including Twitter, Facebook, email accounts, RSS feeds, Google Voice, and more.
The Boxcar provider API is for websites, companies, and users that wish to offer their services to either a select group of Boxcar users, or to all Boxcar users. With this API, providers can do a variety of things to interact with Boxcar users, such as invite Boxcar users to add the service to their Boxcar account, broadcast notifications to users and providers, and offer subscription management (adding, deleting).
