The CalorieNinjas API is a natural language API that can extract nutrition data from any text or image of text. Input text such as "Last night we ordered a 14oz prime rib and a glass of chardonnay" and the JSON response will contain amount of calories, protein, cholesterol, fats, sugars, carbohydrates and other nutritional information. The API may also return nutritional information from an image.
