The Cicero API matches addresses, zip codes, or coordinates to legislative districts and elected official contact information. Cicero easily integrates into an organization's existing web application or data management software. Local, state, and national data is available for the United States, Australia, Canada, New Zealand, the United Kingdom, Northern Ireland, Scotland, Wales, and Mexico.
In addition to geocoding addresses and matching them to the correct legislative districts, Cicero returns maps of each district and detailed information about each elected official including office addresses, emails, and social media identifiers. Cicero also provides non-legislative district matching for census data, counties, school districts, watersheds, and police districts.
The following is a list of SDKs from our SDK directory that matched your search term. Though your definition of an SDK may differ, in our world, we define SDKs as platform- specific tools for consuming existing APIs of the sort we list in our API directory. For example, the Ruby SDK for consuming the Twitter Ads API. If you think an SDK, API, or other asset is missing from our directory, be sure to check our guidelines for making contributions to ProgrammableWeb.
The Cicero Python SDK allows developers to integrate the Cicero API into their Python applications. This SDK covers address-based legislative and non-legislative district matching, lookup of elected official contact information, configurable legislative district boundary maps, and election events.
