CircleCount is a google+ analysis site that tracks the number of circles profiles are in under the assumption that the number of followers is a metric that measures a person's influence on Google+. The higher the number, the higher the person's influence since more followers are likely to view this person's posts. The CircleCount API exposes public Google+ data and provides access to the data collected by CircleCount and is customizable by the user. The API returns JSON formats and currently has no rate limit for use.
