The DC Location Verifier is a service for locating residences, streets, intersections, blocks, persons, etc. within the DC area, often through the use of an AID (Address ID) or SSL (Square, Suffix, and Lot). The DC Location Verifier can also be used to verify addresses or to retrieve information on specific parking meters and street lights. These services are provided by the District of Columbia itself and can be accessed programmatically using a SOAP API.
