The Dispatch Platform API allows to integrate customer service features into applications with the aim to improve business practices. The platform-as-a-service is based on Service Oriented Architecture, permitting to communicate via protocol, independently from any additional technology. The API allows users to deliver on-demand services to their customers. Developers can access with key & send requests and receive responses with JSON.
