The Explanatory Reasoning as a Service API programmatically interprets and explains abnormally high accommodation prices as anomalies in more than 500 cities. It manipulates semantic web technologies to consume and expose semantic representation. This API can be embedded into any Linked Open Data application. Its core service has already been integrated into products that flag and explain abnormal expenses.
