ftw.gd is a URL shortening service. Users can input a lengthy, unwieldy URL and ftw.gd will compress it to a manageable link. It also provides statistics on how many people have used the site. The ftw.gd API allows developers to send requests for URL compression or elongation. The API is based on RESTful protocols and returns JSON-encoded data.
