The Gender API uses data collected from publicly-available government resources and crawled from social networks to enable users to automatically determine customers' genders based on their names. The Gender API can identify genders associated with 192,251 names from 130 countries. Coding examples for the API are provided in PHP, Python, Java, and jQuery.
