The Ghent University Academic Bibliography provides the ability to search over 200 years of publications by Ghent University researchers. The API is able to deliver feeds for bibliographic data from various departments and projects, access data describing single publications, subsets of the collection, or the collection in whole, search for publications using a variety of parameters, and much more.
The API provides numerous methods for developers to programmatically access every publication's bibliographic information in various formats, including JSON, YAML, BibTeX, RIS (reference software), CSV, Excel, Excel (XLSX), RDF, MODS, MODS 3.6, Dublin Core, METS, DIDL, Text, and Word
There is some additional support for unAPI discovery service, OAI harvesting service, Contextual Query Language (CQL) search, SRU search service, RSS news feeds.
The following is a list of sample source code snippets that matched your search term. Source code snippets are chunks of source code that were found out on the Web that you can cut and paste into your own source code. Whereas most of the sample source code we've curated for our directory is for consuming APIs, we occasionally find something interesting on the API provider side of things. If you know of some sample source code that would be of interest to the ProgrammableWeb community, we'd like to know about it. Be sure to check our guidelines for making contributions to ProgrammableWeb.
