The Google Ads API enables users to manage Google Ads accounts, campaigns, and ads via gRPC API. Ad types supported with the API include text, shopping, dynamic search, gmail, image, responsive search and more. The API includes methods for keywords, billing, targeting, batch processing, dynamic remarketing, concepts, recommendations, reporting and more.
For the v3_0 release of the Google Ads API beta, changes include additions for returning data GoogleAdServices via streaming, updated payment options for hotels, added support for moving a client customer to a new manager customer.
Google Ads can appear on the Google Search Network (search result pages, Google Maps, Google Shopping and some partner sites( or Google Display network (YouTube, Blogger, and Gmail + partner sites).
The Google Ads API is replacing the Google Adwords API and is currently in a Beta status.
