The Google Analytics Provisioning API lets qualified service providers allow their users to automatically create and enable new Google Analytics accounts. The API is intended to integrate with the Google Management API to programmatically configure accounts and with the Google Adwords API to optimize scalable ad campaigns. The API walks the end user through a Google account creation, terms of agreement verification, and then provisions a Google Analytics account that service providers can access via their application.
