The Google Cloud Video Intelligence API is a video analysis tool that extracts metadata from a video and defines important noun entities. Accuracy is improved over time as new concepts are introduced. Also, the API can separate signals from noise in order to obtain only relevant information from a video, and detect scene changes. The Google Cloud Video Intelligence API is currently in private beta.
