Leaflet Vector Layers allows users to add one or more vector layers from a number of different geographical web services to a Leaflet map. Leaflet Vector Layers monitors map events - like pan and zoom - and fetches features within the map bounds after each event. This method is suited for data sets with lots of interactive features that the developer doesn't want to load all at once. The Leaflet Vector Layers PostGIS API lets developers access these functions programmatically using REST calls.
