Live2Support provides a Live Chat service to online businesses that allows them to communicate with site visitors and customers one-on-one. It also lets them track which pages visitors are using on the website and where visitors are coming from. Users can customize where and when chat invitations occur, block IP addresses, maintain an extensive visitor information system, maintain a complete chat history, and more. The Live2Support API is used for 3rd-party integrations and is only available to Gold-level customers.
