Lollapalooza is an annual music festival with popular acts performing over several days. DoStuffMedia works with Lollapalooza to provide much of the technology that the event uses, such as helping attendees create their custom schedules and providing tools for artist discovery. Now DoStuffMedia is also providing a Lollapalooza API so that developers have access to much of the festival data programmatically. Through the Lollapalooza API developers can access venues, bands and individual events (shows), as well as festival updates. Developers could create mobile or other applications with the API to help attendees get the information they need when they need it.
