The MapFruition Geocoder API lets developers transform addresses and place names into geographic coordinates (1100 Congress Ave, Austin, TX 78701 -> 30.274687,-97.740405 or Texas State Capitol -> 30.274687,-97.740405). The reverse geocoder enables turning a geographic coordinate pair into a meaningful address and/or place name (30.274687,-97.740405 -> 1100 Congress Ave, Austin, TX 78701). All valid results are returned in GeoJSON format. Data coverage currently includes the Contiguous US, Alaska, Hawaii, Mexico, and Canada. MapFruition is a provider of geospatial, GIS/GPS, and technical business solutions.
