The MasterCard Personalized Offers API supports the customization of offers and experiences for cardholders on the basis of analytical profiles of historical payment card transactions. It allows developers to integrate customer loyalty application features that allow cardholders to track savings in addition to redeeming and providing ratings for offers. This way, a card issuer can use the offers populated in MasterCard’s loyalty database to generate and channel matching offers to cardholders. Cardholders can access and redeem the offers through the online banking platform of the issuing bank.
