The Microsoft Azure Cognitive Services Speaker Recognition API identifies individual users, and authenticates by using voice. It can be used to add a layer of security to third party applications with a speech verification tool. For pricing, verification and identification have their own separate plans, and there is a free option available that limits transactions to 10,000 per month. The Speaker Recognition API uses JSON for data exchange, and API Keys for authentication.
