Oddcast offers a set of APIs that allow developers to add tools to enterprise level platforms to enhance the user’s engagement with their media. The Avatar Framework API allows developers to create customizable avatars to add to their online community to use on blogs, messages, personal profiles, and throughout the site in general. Users can upload unique avatar photos and edit them with a variety of controls. The API also allows for recording audio, exporting to use in other web communities, and even the ability for monetizing and selling an avatar’s inventory. In general, this framework is a large package with a variety of functionalities for online communities. The administration platform as a robust set of editing features to enable moderation.
