Open Data gencat is the Open Data project of the Government of Catalonia (Generalitat de Catalunya), Spain. Available on the site are datasets and more for administrative procedures and services; statistical data such as economic indicators, grants, public employment, and more; geographic and cartographic information; images and video of Catalonia; weather data; news; transport and mobility; and more.
The data is available in a number of formats (proprietary: Microsoft Word and Excel, SHP (ESRI); and open: PDF, ODF, CSV, XML, TMX, RDF-XML, KML-KMZ). A SOAP-based API is available for accessing data in most formats.
