The free-to-use Pokémon RESTful API (Pokéapi) is linked to an extensive database of Pokémon-related information- a true virtual Pokédex. Simple GET HTTP requests can be sent to the API to access 54,363 objects sourced from Pokémon video games covering Pokémon characters, abilities, moves, attack, life and defensive statistics, and more. This is a read-only API, and no authentication is required for it's use. So far to date the API has serviced over 13,000,000 requests. The Pokéapi is independently supported by Paul Hallett, a Python & Go API developer and avid GitHub contributor. In addition, 5 language specific libraries have been made to interface with the API for Python, .NET, Racket, Java & Ruby.
The following is a list of SDKs from our SDK directory that matched your search term. Though your definition of an SDK may differ, in our world, we define SDKs as platform- specific tools for consuming existing APIs of the sort we list in our API directory. For example, the Ruby SDK for consuming the Twitter Ads API. If you think an SDK, API, or other asset is missing from our directory, be sure to check our guidelines for making contributions to ProgrammableWeb.
