The Salesforce Commerce Cloud Catalogs API allows developers to create, view, delete, and edit product categories. It can also be used to assign and unassign products to categories, search for products within a category, and search for categories within a catalog or within a merchandising system.

The Salesforce Commerce NodeJS SDK allows developers to access the Salesforce Commerce APIs from their NodeJS applications. Developers will need to download the generator package, which is responsible for generating the SDK from RAML files. The SDK can be installed and run via npm.
