SLAP is a drug target prediction service provided by the Cheminformatics group at the School of Informatics and Computing at Indiana University. The RESTful SLAP APIs enable users to perform drug target predictions against hundreds of proteins, to find drug similarities based on polypharmacology profiles, and to find drugs similar to an input drug.
