The service provides of online submission of reports and payments of franchise taxes due to the state government of Texas. It employs a data schema used by the MeF XML e-file service of the U.S. Internal Revenue Service (IRS) including compliance with TIGERS standards for exchanges of tax data, which are also endorsed by the IRS.
API methods support submission of data required by the Texas Comptroller's office for tax payments by franchisees operating within the state. Methods also support payment of taxes owed and monitoring status of a submission under the service.
