The Twitch Emotes API allows developers to integrate emoticon data into their applications or websites. Version 2 of the API is currently in development. Once it is finalized, Version 1 of the API will be deprecated. Twitch Emotes began as a service for displaying all subscriber emotes available on Twitch but has since grown to become the most popular source of emoticon codes on the internet.
