The USPTO Patent Assignment Search (Beta) API allows developers to retrieve patent assignment information from USPTO's assignment search database and generate XML files with the search results. These files contain lists of found documents and their categorization. This API is provided by the United States Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO) as part of their Open Data Portal.
