The Verizon Wireless LBS API allows developers to create applications that use the subscriber's location as part of the delivery of their service. An increasing number of mobile applications are built to provide information and services based on the current physical location of the subscriber. While some applications are based completely on the X/Y coordinates of the mobile user, others benefit greatly by using location as an additional feature, enriching the user's overall experience.
The API uses both REST and SOAP protocol. Documentation is not provided.
