Voice RSS makes Text-To-Speech (TTS) capabilities available online for free. It does this using a RESTful API, which allows developers to integrate TTS functions into their applications. Voice RSS accepts text in any of 26 languages and returns a high quality audio stream in a human-sounding voice. A live demo is provided to give potential users a preview of the API's capabilities
