Cloud communications provider MessageBird today launched Programmable Conversations, a single API that allows developers to integrate with a number of popular communication platforms. The platfroms supported in today's launch are SMS, Facebook Messenger, WhatsApp, WeChat, Telegram and Line.
Nineteen APIs have been added to ProgrammableWeb in categories including Credit Cards, Messaging, and Gambling. Highlights include an API for issuing physical and virtual Stripe payment cards, and the Alexa Customer Profile API for retrieving Alexa customer contact information.
