This package wraps the Campaign Monitor API so that Python applications may interface with it, implementing the full functionality of the API. Maintained by Campaign Monitor, the library requires Python 2.5, 2.6, or 2.7. The Campaign Monitor API allows users to interact and "sync" with their Campaign Monitor account via simple web-based methods. Google has just announced that it's Visualization API (our API Profile) now supports server-side data requests. In essence, the API now supports an "open-wire" protocol that allows individuals and organizations to create visualizations directly from data on a server.
Campaign Monitor, the email marketing software aimed at designers, recently announced a massive API update that is sure to please developers. The changes are less of an update and more of a complete redesign from the ground up. The folks down in Sydney have gone RESTful, the new version no longer supporting SOAP. The API also added realtime tracking and integrated powerful segmentation tools.
