WP Remote, a web application that allows users to service and manage a number of Wordpress-powered sites from one place, has provided the WP RemoteAPI that will allow third parties to integrate with the application, providing opportunity for new and innovative developments. Built as a service that would give back to the Wordpress community and enhance the Wordpress experience, WP Remote is currently free to use and developers are encouraged to use it and test it as they will.
GitHub, the premier open source collaboration platform, has extended the functionality of it's API to accommodate development work-flows that occur after a code commit. Third party services will now be able to set one of four status codes on a commit: pending, error, failure, or success.
eZ-Xpo, virtual tradeshow management platform, announced the release of the eZ-Xpo Open Event Management API. The API integrates with third party applications such as Eventbrite, Cvent, Etouches, Amiando, and many more. Integration with the API allows third party apps to include management planning, registration, and promotion for events.
