Eventbrite C# Client Library is a C# based web client for the Eventbrite API. It can be used for Windows App Store API, and any .Net 4.0 application. An API/Application key is required for initializing the client. With this Client Library, developers will be able to interact with the API in C#.
In partnership with DataWeek, we're organizing a half day event next Wednesday, September 26, in San Francisco. Though we usually look at the overall API universe, we're focusing in on just social APIs, which still gives us plenty to discuss. There's an exciting lineup of talks from API providers, API thinkers and API consumers (some are all three). We're inviting our bay area-based readers to join us for this event and the rest of DataWeek.
Hackathon events continue to be a key strategy used to promote API products and services. For developers, they provide an opportunity to work on solutions to real world problems, create new networks of like-minded technologists, connect with potential clients, and provide a chance to hone core developer skills from programming to pitching.
Hackathon event planners are encouraged to read ChallengePosts’ top 5 keys to a successful app challenge. For competitors, we have already covered one key piece of advice: book your place in a hackathon early. But once you have booked in to a competition, how can you best prepare to compete? Many hackathons operate over 24 hours or a weekend. How can you maximize the productive time you spend when the clock of a hackathon starts counting down?
