GoogleBooks is a Ruby wrapper that queries the Google API to search for publications in the Google Books repository. It is authored by Zean Tsoi and provides additional methods and search options. Queries return results, each with their own set of attributes that can be individually configured.

Pearson's latest API, Nursing and Health Survival Guides API, allows developers to integrate data from Pearson's highly acclaimed Nursing guides into an application of choice.
In the beginning, there was the Google (SOAP) Search API. In December 2006, Google no longer issued any new keys for this API. Those with keys already could still use the API, but it was effectively deprecated.
