The Google Compute Engine Instance Group Updater Java Library allows developers to integrate the Instance Group Updater API's functions into their Java applications. Developers can add the library to their Maven or Gradle projects using the code provided, or they can download the necessary jars as a zip file.

LIBERTY in the sense of self-determination, control and an independent destiny--they can communicate with, manage, understand and serve their users without being beholden to external influences.
