Rereddit is a Node.js Wrapper for the Reddit API. It is authored by Chuck Preslar, and is built around superagent with some extensions to the Request object. It allows for requests to be made, accessing protected content, and returning a user object, with capabilities to be stored within a session and passed back to the module when needed.

At YourTrove, a lot of what we do involves ingesting social content via APIs and then regularizing that data within our system. For a lot of data, this is pretty straightforward. For example, while Facebook and Flickr might return different meta data, or name fields differently, no one disagrees that a photo is a photo. This is true for essentially all uploaded binary user generated content.
For those who love good food and great dining, a good restaurant guide is key. What would be even better is if that guide could tell you where the restaurant is, what it has on offer and what everybody's saying about it. That's pretty much what MenuMania does; it's a customisable, community-based restaurant guide for discovering new places to eat within New Zealand. MenuMania also provides the MenuMania API, allowing developers to access the database of restaurant information for display on other websites and applications.
