The Stripe Ruby Library by Stripe is a REST resource. The library API is designed for predictable, resource-oriented URLs and HTTP response codes to indicate API errors. Further, it aims to support the built-in HTTP features, like HTTP authentication and HTTP verbs with off-the-shelf HTTP clients, and the support cross-origin resource sharing to allow interaction with the API from a client-side web application. The returns are in JSON, including errors.
eBay completely revamped its API portfolio to create a seamless experience across the eBay developer experience. The launch includes 10 APIs in total, on both the buy and sell side. The APIs replace some legacy APIs and include a number of completely new features for enhanced integration.
Mailgun added a slew of new features to its email validation API including target mailbox validation, role-based address check, disposable mailbox, reporting, and rate limits. Additionally, Mailgun added the API under its existing SLA and has transitioned to a tiered, usage-based pricing model.
