- My50 lets users create a list of things to achieve in their lifetime. Online since 2002 with nearly 10,000 registered. Places to Visit section allows users to map places the want to or have visited.
- Google Maps-API Application for Digitizing (GMAD). GMAD lets users trace map features on Google Maps and satellite imageries. Code snippets in XML, SVG, Google Maps are generated while working.
- Search local auctions and classified listings (craigslist) and see where they are located on a map view.

Bing Maps Goes Silverlight: Now with Streetside Immersion, Enhanced Bird's Eye View, Photosynth, and More
Microsoft has just released a new Silverlight version of Bing Maps that is full of new features and upgrades. Although it's hard to say whether this release of Bing Maps has "stolen the cool crown" from Google, the new features do provide some additional value for users. The "beta" release is not yet available by default, though you can preview the latest version at: http://www.bing.com/maps/explore.

Mapbox continues to enhance mapping features designed for gaming in the AR space with new features to its Maps Unity SDK. Specifically, Mapbox has added new features to points of interest and augmented reality to the latest version of the SDK. Mapbox will demonstrate next week at its Locate event.
