The AP Metadata Service that has internally powered the Associated Press' award-winning news operation is now available to third-party developers and publishers. The service is aimed at publishers looking to "add rich metadata to their content, enabling them to connect their customers with more relevant news and information." The AP delivers the Metadata service in a cloud-based offering via a set of APIs associated with the organizations news content.
Snip.it lets you collect what you see on the web, be it an article, video, or image, then categorize it, add your own comments, and share it.
