Boston to Hold Social Media Analytics and Big Data Conferences

Organizations are increasingly tapping into Social Media networks to understand consumer behaviour in a bid to improve their products, services and reputation. The key to analytics is going to be the ability to tackle Big Data. Boston plans to bring industry experts and professionals together for a two parallel conferences that address these topics.

The first event is the Social Media and Web Analytics Innovation conference.  This conference will focus on sentiment analysis and understanding behavioural patterns to help increase CRM and drive success.

The second event is the Big Data Innovation Summit. This event focuses on how you can make sense of the large amounts of data along with tools, techniques and case studies from data scientists and professionals that are working in this area.
