Every day, the ProgrammableWeb team is busy, updating its three primary directories for APIs, clients (language-specific libraries or SDKs for consuming or providing APIs), and source code samples. If you have new APIs, clients, or source code examples to add to ProgrammableWeb's directories, we offer forms (APIs, Clients, Source Code) for submitting them to our API research team. If there's a listing in one of our directories that you’d like to claim as the owner, please contact us at editor@ProgrammableWeb.com.
We've added seven APIs to the ProgrammableWeb directory in categories such as Recognition, Browsers, and Invoicing. Here's a summary of what is new.

To improve user experience, developers can implement the Mozilla Page Visibility API to send a visibilitychange event to determine when a user is not looking at tab or has minimized the window. See ProgrammableWeb's complete list of Browsers APIs.
Cloud Foundry is an open-source, multi-cloud, multi-vendor standard for cloud applications. The Cloud Foundry API allows developers to upload and run applications in the cloud and manage them throughout their lifecycles. We've categorized the Cloud Foundry APIunder the Cloud category. Invoiced is a is a cloud-based company that develops accounts receivable tools for users. The Invoice Generator API offers a PDF file conversion system that can be integrated with existing apps. Webhooks from payment gateways can be used during PDF generation. Invoice data is not stored online. This API is listed under the Invoicing category. See ProgrammableWeb's complete list of Invoicing APIs.
Prevent Disposable allows users to prevent fake emails from accessing a database. The API can classify domains as either valid or disposable. To verify how the API works, developers can enter an email address for verification purposes (the email will be changed to another domain to ensure users' privacy). We've categorized the Prevent Disposable API under the Email category. See ProgrammableWeb's complete list of Email APIs.
Rebilly offers a platform to integrate applications with recurring/subscription billing services. The Rebilly REST API offers multi-currency support, data portability, and several other features. The Rebilly API is categorized under Billing. See ProgrammableWeb's complete list of Billing APIs.
