Bread is a financing solution offered by New Jersey's Cross River Bank that helps retailers offer pay-over-time solutions. The Bread API enables developers to integrate payment options for eCommerce clients. With the API, developers can include a Bread button that allows customers to apply for credit products in a checkout flow, similar to applying for a loan for shopping online. MSG91 is bulk SMS service. The MSG91 OTP API allows developers to send OTPs (one-time passwords) over SMS or Voice. These can be used to confirm contact information, implement 2-factor login, secure transactions, and more. Developers can customize message content, choose the sender ID, and determine the length of the OTP (4 to 9 digits). This API is listed under the Passwords category. Singapore Airlines (SIA) recently announced the KrisConnect Programme developer platform. The company's APIs offer partners a range of functionality, including two that were recently added to our Air Travel category. Singapore Airlines Flight Information API allows users to retrieve customers latest information on SIA flight status. Singapore Airlines Flight Booking API allows users to retrieve offers, plus complete orders and booking processes for Singapore Airlines. Both APIs provide real-time information to improve customer experiences.
Text2data.org provides services for users to analyze unstructured data in documents, plus analyze social media and survey data. The Text2data.org REST API enables advanced applications to perform advanced text analytics. The API supports displaying personalized analysis to users, training custom modules and displaying them to users, tracking customer satisfaction, and analyzing sentiment. Kustomer is a customer engagement platform that encompasses customer experience, support, and service. The platform enables users to monitor and analyze customer behavior to deliver better customer experience. Kustomer API features timelines for actionable views of customers, conversations across different channels, customer objects, event and transaction search, and sentiment analysis. Big Cartel provides a platform for creating online stores for creative artists, makers to sell their work. We've recently added the Big Cartel Webhooks API as well as updated the original Big Cartel API in our eCommerce category. The Big Cartel API is now RESTful, and enables programmatic access to the Big Cartel online store platform, wherein developers can access accounts, artists, categories, countries, discounts, orders, and products.
SharpSpring provides marketing automation services. The SharpSpring API enables developers to connect to internal CRM functionalities, create and manage leads, perform CRUD operations on accounts and retrieve marketing data.
