Daily API RoundUp: Launch Library, Redlink, Sentry, BitcoinChain, API Plug

Every day, the ProgrammableWeb team is busy, updating its three primary directories for APIs, clients (language-specific libraries or SDKs for consuming or providing APIs), and source code samples. If you have new APIs, clients, or source code examples to add to ProgrammableWeb’s directories, we offer forms (APIs, Clients, Source Code) for submitting them to our API research team. If there’s a listing in one of our directories that you’d like to claim as the owner, please contact us at editor@programmableweb.com.

Eight APIs have been added to the ProgrammableWeb directory in categories such as Open Data, Natural Language Processing, and Copyrights. Featured today is an API that provides data for space rocket launches from Earth. Here's a rundown of the latest additions.

APIs

The Launch Library API can provide developers with a list of upcoming launches into space from space programs across Earth. Users can get data on launch type, pad, rocket, mission information, specific location, country of origin, launch status, etc. This API is listed under the Open Data category. See ProgrammableWeb's complete list of Open Data APIs.

Redlink API provides developers with natural language processing technology such as entity extraction, semantic analysis, as well as linking data across an enterprise with certain vocabulary cues. The Redlink API is listed under the Natural Language Processing category. See ProgrammableWeb's complete list of Natural Language Processing APIs.

Sentry provides real-time crash reporting for Web and mobile apps and games. The Sentry API allows apps to access monitoring features. Endpoints are available to interact with events, releases, projects, and teams. The Sentry API is listed under the Monitoring category. See ProgrammableWeb's complete list of Monitoring APIs.

Teosto is a website for the Finnish Composers' Copyright Society, where musicians can get aid with composer copyright management. The Teosto API provides programmatic access to the site for retrieving artist and event information. This API is listed under the Copyright category. See ProgrammableWeb's complete list of Copyright APIs.

BitcoinChain is a free platform for bitcoin network states and statistics, mining pools comparison, and prices of Bitcoin. The BitcoinChain API provides access to interactive bitcoin data. This API is listed under the Bitcoin category. See ProgrammableWeb's complete list of Bitcoin APIs.

The API Plug RESTful API can generate codes from your data sources. It is deployment ready and by signing in to your account, choosing your options, it will create the documentation you need. The API Plug API is listed under the Data category. See ProgrammableWeb's complete list of Data APIs.

The Mithril API pairs with the JavaScript framework by the same name. It is a focused API that templates engines with a virtual DOM. The API also features utilities for high level modelling, and support for routing and components. The Mithril API is also listed under the Data category.

The Domain Availability Checker API allows developers the ability to check whether a domain is available for registration or not. The Domain Availability API is listed under the Domains category. See ProgrammableWeb's complete list of Domains APIs.
