We’ve added 10 APIs to the ProgrammableWeb directory today in Travel, Government, Real Estate, and SaaS categories, among others. Also new are Ruby and Python libraries for the ActiveCampaign email marketing API.
Gogobot is a travel service for finding the best places to eat, sleep, and have adventures based on information and advice from other travelers. The Gogobot Search API gives developers the ability to allow applications to use the Gogobot search index to search for places located near specified latitude and longitude as well as retrieve points of interest (POI) information.
The US Census Bureau is a government agency that provides demographic information about the United States. The US Census Bureau City REST API allows developers to integrate city demographic information from the US Census with other applications. Some example API methods include retrieving population information, retrieving income information, and integrating demographic information with applications. ActiveCampaign is a web-based email marketing platform. The company provides the ActiveCampaign API for integration with third-party applications. Two client libraries for use with the API have been added to the directory. The ActiveCampaign Python SDK by adulmec provides developers with a way to integrate with the ActiveCampaign API using Python. The ActiveCampaign Ruby SDK by Mikael Henriksson provides developers with a way to integrate with the ActiveCampaign API using Ruby on Rails.
