Dwolla, a payment technology provider, has announced the addition of Real-Time Payment (RTP) technology to the company’s API suiteTrack this API. RTP networks were first instituted in the United States by The Clearing House in November 2017 with the intent of providing broad access to instantaneous payment transactions across the country.
Dwolla’s RTP offering is made possible via a partnership with Cross River Bank and enables developers to leverage this technology via simple API Integration. In addition to RTP functionality, developers can also utilize the API for ACH and Push-to-Debit transactions. Adam Goller, EVP, Head of Fintech Banking at Cross River spoke to the value of this partnership:

Developers can start working with Real-Time Payments immediately on the Platform and Dwolla has noted that “various pricing options, transfer speeds, and support levels, depending on the needs of their customers.”
