Google to Host Maps API Developer Meetups this June

This year marks the tenth anniversary of the Google Maps API and to celebrate, Google is hitting the road to host a series of Google Maps API developer meetups in Boulder, Chicago and New York. For developers interested in working with mapping APIs, this will be an opportunity to meet with Google engineers and app developers such as Lyft, iFit by Icon Fitness, and more.

Each talk will focus on showing developers how to use the Google Maps API in their applications and will also showcase a developer speaking about a unique integration of the API. The series will take place on the following dates

Mapping has long been one of the most popular categories of APIs tracked by ProgrammableWeb with the Google Maps API consistently drawing the most interest.
